Inspection report
Following the last inspection of St Paul’s School, November 5–8, 2007, the High Master reports:
We were delighted with our ISI Inspection Report, available online through the ISI website and to any parent in hard copy form, on demand.
We are not allowed to quote selectively from the Report, but we are pleased that it contains much praise for the School and no major recommendations for change or improvement.
Much as we welcome the principle of inspection, we remain convinced that the most effective way of maintaining and improving our standards is a rigorous and ongoing process of self-assessment, whereby we are in effect inspecting ourselves on a daily basis, rather than on a six-year cycle.
