Young debaters win again

Rahul Dev and Joe Levin (St Paul’s A), the all-conquering Fourths, won the UCL School’s Debating Competition on Saturday, 5 June, defeating competition from all over the South-East.

Also taking part were Fifth formers Rush Haria and Isar Bhattacharjee (St Paul’s B) and Shiv Mahboobani and Julian Ahluwalia (St Paul’s C). Both teams won one of their debates during the day.

Rahul also won best speaker of the day and Isar won best novice speaker.
