Athletics Championships

At this year’s Middlesex Athletics Championships, held at Barnet Copthall stadium, Hugo Fleming, Alastair Prenn, Jesse Mander, Sam Shindler-Glass and Dominic Chambers competed in the finals of their events.

Hugo won a Gold in the U17 800m (2:01.69), whilst Alastair ran a new personal best time to win a Silver in the U17 400m (52.79s). Jesse ran the fastest time in the heats before finishing a very close second in the final of the U15 80m hurdles, setting a new school record time of 12.29s.

In the U15 1500m final, Sam Shindler-Glass ran a new personal best of 4:38.32 to finish third. Dominic Chambers finished sixth in the final of the U15 800m.
