Coupe de la Jeunesse

Congratulations to Misha Wilcockson and Max Robinson (Year 13, Upper Eighth) who won Bronze medals in a pair for the International GB Rowing Team at this year’s Coupe de la Jeunesse.

To be selected for the GB Junior Rowing Team, Misha and Max went to the GB Final Trials in Nottingham, in July, where they took part in 5 days of testing racing, with up to 10 seat-races a day.

Misha and Max trained together at St Paul’s, coached by Bobby Thatcher, a former Olympic rower. Their Bronze medals helped the GB Junior Team win a Silver overall in this year’s Coupe.
