England U18 rugby selection
Richard Mathieson (Year 13, Upper Eighth) has been selected for the England U18 squad for 2012–13.
Richard will meet up with the rest of the squad in Leeds for a training camp and a match against Northampton Saints. He hopes to play at the Under 18 FIRA/AER European Championship in April next year.
Richard is a key player in our outstanding 1st XV. The team, currently unbeaten after facing tough opposition at both Radley College and Abingdon School, sits at the top of the London South–East League. Well rested after the half-term break, the squad is ready to face traditional rivals, Tonbridge School and Eton College.
The 1st XV are also through to the 4th round of the Daily Mail RBS Cup — along with the U15A team, also unbeaten and on good form.
