Greenmead

On Friday afternoon the Secretary, Publicity Officer, Vice-Chair and Chairman of the School Council, along with all four Mardin brothers and Felix Waller, went to visit Greenmead School in Putney.

The boys were treated to the Greenmead Makaton Choir performing ‘Let it Go’, and ‘Reach for the Stars’, before they shared their own musical talents with the Greenmead children. Felix Waller performed a ‘Humoresque’ ensemble, with pictures to tell a story. The Mardin Quartet then delighted us with a stunning rendition of Pachelbel's Canon.

Sam Lawson and Oscar Blanning took great pleasure in presenting two cheques for the money raised from Oliver! and the Carol Service.

The boys would like to thank Greenmead's Head, Lucy Wijsveld, and Mr Taylor for the opportunity to visit the School. “It was an enlightening trip for all of us”, said Kelechi Nwoko and George Davies.
