Aerospace Challenge team meet HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.

 

Robin Fletcher, Kugan Sathiyanandarajah, Oli Lazarus, Rupert Perrier and Ben Roland attended the Aerospace Challenge  presentation evening at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers last term.  The team came second in this national competition sponsored by the Aerospace industry - narrowly missing out on the £5000 prize.  The team met and chatted with HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.

 

The team is shown with Air Marshal Sir Peter Norriss (President of the Royal Aeronautical Society), Professor Christopher Taylor (President of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers) and Sir Michael Moore (Chief Executive of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers).
