Short Story Competition
Seb Cameron came second in the London Metropolitan University Short Story Competition, judged by Jackie Kay and Andrew Motion. In addition to winning a prize for himself, the school receives £400 to fund a writer's visit and a teacher wins a place on a poetry teaching and writing day with Carol Ann Duffy and Simon Armitage.
The prize was presented at a prizegiving at the Curzon Soho, where Seb read from his work which was elegant and sophisticated. This year Seb is SPA's co-editor, along with Dave Isaacs.
