Chris Frith FRS

We were delighted to welcome Professor Chris Frith FRS on Friday, 25 September, the guest of both ICT Department and Halley Society.

To a packed room, he spoke for an hour about how our brains generate thoughts and emotions. The opportunity to hear from a distinguished cognitive neuroscientist, noted for his ability to explain complex ideas with elegance, wit and clarity, was greeted with enthusiasm and we are particularly grateful to Professor Frith for allowing us to post his slides here (.ppt, without the video elements used on the day).
