Proposed change to the Schools Foundation

It is proposed that the St Paul's Schools Foundation ("the Foundation") will be restructured so that from 31 August 2007 the School will be run as a charitable company limited by guarantee. The Governors will continue to run the school and would do so as directors of the company and charity trustees. It is proposed that the Scheme for the Foundation is amended to reflect this.
