Japan

Three students and Mr Collinson (teacher of Japanese) were invited to visit Japan in July by Mr Takayoshi Matsuzaka and Mr Genichi Obayashi. The visit centred around a stay in Toyohashi, a town on the Pacific coast of Japan in the Aichi Prefecture, where the group from St Paul's attended Jishukan High School, one of the largest public schools in Japan, and stayed with the families of pupils. Trips took in Tokyo, Kyoto and Nara.

We hope this marks the beginning of firm links with Toyohashi and we look forward to the arrival of students from Jishukan High School in March, 2010.
