Harry Grindle has been invited to join the Athlete Academy of Sporting Excellence programme, aimed at athletes aged 16-18 who have shown the potential to become senior internationals. 

The programme is organised by British Athletics and involves 13 weekend sessions over the course of the winter, during which athletes are taught about a range of topics from nutrition to media training. The goal being to provide them with all the skills required to fulfil their potential over the coming years.
