A Level Hydrology Fieldtrip

On Monday, 15 Lower Eighth Geographers made a visit to the River Tillingbourne in Box Hill for their A Level Hydrology fieldtrip.

The pupils were able to put their theoretical knowledge into practice, measuring how the processes and characteristics of the river changed downstream. It was particularly interesting for the Geographers to reflect on how the human management of the river had impacted these processes and vice versa.
