An excellent administrator required to support the Deputy Head Academic and the Examinations Officer. The successful candidate will be calm, well organised and have a proven capacity to prioritise. Examinations experience helpful but not necessary as on-the-job training will be given.

Science Technician

Commencing ASAP

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and personable individual to support the St Paul’s Juniors Science department. The postholder will assist in the assembly, preparation and dismantling of equipment for class practicals, assessments, demonstrations and examinations. This would be the ideal role for someone with an interest in Science.

This is a full time post (8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch) however applications for term time only work will be considered.

Rowing Coach & Boathouse Administrator

Commencing September 2018

St Paul’s School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, full-time rowing coach. In 2017, St Paul's School was arguably the most successful schools Boat Club in the country and we look to repeat that in 2018. The successful candidate will join the experienced coaching team and is expected to primarily play a major part in coaching a year group within the school boat club. 

This is an ideal coaching role for an experienced oarsman or women looking to move into coaching; however, there are also opportunities within the club for candidates with greater experience. Depending on the candidate the post can either be permanent or for one year in the first instance.

Graduate Music Assistant 

Fixed term contract Aug/Sept 2018 – Aug 201

A well-qualified and enthusiastic Graduate Music Assistant is required for our outstanding department.  The successful candidate will be expected to manage all equipment and services, provide support for concerts, events and external hires, provide extra-curricular music technology teaching, manage loans from the Instrument Inventory and Music Libraries, purchase and arrange hire of all music.

Design & Technology/Engineering Technician

Starting August 2018

The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of equipment and materials for lessons, provide support to teachers and boys during practical tasks, maintain stock and undertake general administration tasks relevant to the department along with ensuring a safe working environment.  The Technician and the skills they can offer will play a key role in shaping the curriculum. They will be required to setup machinery, Laser cutters and CNC equipment for lessons, and so experience of working within a well-equipped workshop is essential. ICT competency is essential and experience of 2D design and Solidworks is desirable. Experience of 3D Printing would also be beneficial. This is an excellent opportunity, which could, if desired, lead to a teaching qualification for the right candidate.
