The primary role of the Operations Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Operations Director, Estates Manager and the department. The OA will be the first point of contact for all Estates related queries. They will also be responsible for coordinating day to day repairs and maintenance via the online helpdesk system throughout the school.

School Receptionist (3 days per week)

St Paul’s Juniors welcomes applications for the position of a part-time School Receptionist. This varied role requires delivery of effective, frontline reception support to the school office and includes some administrative work.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and prioritisation skills, a good knowledge of IT and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful applicant should also be well organised. Previous experience within a school would be an advantage.
