Head of Classics

Commencing Autumn Term 2019

A well-qualified and experienced teacher of Classics is wanted to lead a strong and dynamic department. The successful candidate will be expected to possess the ability to teach Latin and Classical Greek to A level as well as being able to offer some Ancient History and be willing to contribute to the wider life of the School. The post would suit a serving Head of Department or an experienced teacher with a track record of transferable experience seeking to run his or her own department.

Teacher of Classics

A well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Classics from KS3 to A level is required for our flourishing department.  The successful candidate will have a strong academic background (including the ability to teach Latin and Classical Greek to A level, as well as offering some Ancient History) and be willing to contribute to the wider life of the School.  The post would suit either an experienced teacher or a graduate with no teaching experience.
