STEM Next Essay Competition
Congratulations to Ishan Madhok (Lower Eighth) for being a finalist in the STEM Next Essay Competition; we eagerly await the final results. Winners of the STEM Next Essay Competition 2024 will be announced in November 2024. This essay competition is open to all 16-18 year olds. Students with a variety of interests are encouraged to participate. It provides a fantastic opportunity to develop transferable skills — such as research, critical analysis, and communication — that can be applied in future studies and careers.
Quantum Physics Academic Paper
Haruki Matsunaga (Upper Eighth) has recently completed an academic paper titled Detecting and Protecting Entanglement through Nonlocality, Variational Entanglement Witness, and Nonlocal Measurements. This work is the result of summer research conducted at Tohoku University in Japan, under the guidance of Professor Le Bin Ho. We hope it will soon be published in Physical Review A.
