HOW TO APPLY
There are two entry options at 11+ (National Curriculum Year 7):
Boys from state primary schools may sit the 11+ deferred exam in Year 5.
Applications are currently open for 11+ deferred entry in 2020, for boys born between 1 September 2008 and 31 August 2009 (starting Year 5 in September 2018). Applications close Monday 5 November 2018. Details on how to apply are provided below.
Boys who have been unsuccessful in securing a place sitting the 11+ deferred exam are welcome to re-apply again at 11+.
Boys from independent schools which finish at age 11 sit the 11+ exam in Year 6. This exam is also open to boys at primary schools.
Applications are currently open for 11+ entry in 2019, for boys born between 1 September 2007 and 31 August 2008. Applications close Monday 5 November 2018. Details on how to apply are provided below.
Based on the information above, if your son is currently eligible to apply for one of the 11+ options then please follow the application link below.
You will be required to enter your son’s birth certificate number and upload an electronic copy of his birth certificate or passport (bmp, doc, jpg, pdf, png) and make an online payment for the £50 exam fee.
If your son is offered a place, you will be required to formally register and pay a registration fee of £125 on acceptance.
Boys from state and independent schools can apply for both 11+ and 13+ entry and in this case the deadline for 13+ entry must be met.
