SPS Athletes Excel at Middlesex Schools Championships
On Saturday 8 June, SPS athletes enjoyed great success at the Middlesex Schools Championships held at Lee Valley. Louis Nuthall (Sixth Form) triumphed in the inter-boys high jump, securing first place. Leau Roch (Fourth Form) demonstrated remarkable endurance, taking silver in the junior boys 1500m. John Gunn (Fourth Form) achieved a significant personal best in the junior boys long jump, though narrowly missing out on a medal.
As a result of their outstanding performances, both Louis and Leau have been invited to represent Middlesex at the South East Inter-Counties next weekend. Their achievements reflect their dedication and exceptional talent.
Congratulations to all SPS athletes for their impressive performances and best of luck to Louis and Leau at the upcoming South East Inter-Counties!
