Beyond Equality Youth Advisory Group Selection for James

Lower Eighth pupil, James Wilson, has been selected to sit on the Beyond Equality Youth Advisory Group.

Beyond Equality is an organisation which, for the past 8 years, have been working to engage men and boys around the country in conversations about masculinity, gender equality and gender-based violence in an attempt to help create a more respectful, positive and equitable society.

This year, the organisation put out a call for applications to sit on a Youth Advisory Group of 11 young people aged 14-18 who could help design, develop, implement and evaluate the organisation and its content. We are excited to hear how James and the group get on and look forward to using the content they help create in school.
