Shelagh Willis

Shelagh is a highly experienced and accomplished child protection professional, having worked in the NHS, and Local Safeguarding Children Boards, Private Sector, Charities, State and Independent schools across the UK over the last 30 years. Educated to train by the NSPCC, Shelagh is passionate about delivering practical, high quality, child focused training.

As the ‘safeguarding coordinator’ at St Paul’s School; Shelagh is providing expert direction and support around all safeguarding related matters, and also supports and advises other schools. She has recent, highly relevant, hands on experience of safeguarding practice and policy development in the busy school environment.

Shelagh is also a qualified instructor in Youth Mental Health First Aid and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
