Philip Maguire (Sixth Form) was selected to represent Great Britain and England in U16 ice-hockey.
Philip played for GB in Riga over the weekend. The tournament is regarded as the pre-eminent junior hockey tournament in Europe. GB won 5 matches, lost 1 and drew 1. Philip scored the winning goal in the final match and was awarded ‘Man of the Match’.
He will play in Bratislava for England in June.
