International Mathematical Olympiad selection

Neil Prabhu and Haolin Zhao (both Lower Eighth) have been selected as part of the 10-person International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) squad from which the final team of six will be chosen.

Both pupils attended a training camp over the Easter break at Trinity College, Cambridge. At the camp, the squad of ten was chosen. They will participate in further training and selection tests before the IMO team of six and the first reserve for the IMO in Japan are chosen.

The Team Leader of the group is Dr Dominic Yeo OP (2003-08), of King’s College London.

The competition will be held in Chiba, Japan between 2-13 July.
