Lower Eighth students with an interest in entrepreneurship and management participated in the HFX Business Strategy game – an advanced business simulation typically aimed at MBA students and executive-level entrepreneurs, alongside pupils from the West London Partnership.
Teams of five are responsible for steering a fictional electronics company through tough market conditions over eight weeks. Weekly management decisions need to be chosen wisely as students compete against other teams to maximise profits and win prizes. The day was attended by over 100 students from Christ’s Richmond, SPGS, Latymer, Hammersmith Academy and Fulham Boys.
