New Head of US Universities appointed

Following news of the retirement of Carol Graham – our excellent Head of US Universities – from July 2023, we embarked on the unenviable task of finding a successor.

We are delighted to announce that Dr Nicole (Niki) McInteer will join the school as the fulltime Head of US Universities in September 2023, from her current post as Associate Dean of International Admissions at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. As the head of international admissions at a major US university, Dr McInteer possesses a strong network amongst admissions officers at highly selective universities across the United States. Her expertise will enable SPS to build on the excellent programme of support we already offer to our US applicants and continue to ensure strong results.

Dr McInteer will be relocating to London in June, in order to ensure a smooth handover process with Mrs Graham. Dr McInteer’s academic background is modern foreign languages which she taught before her career in university admissions. She is very excited to join St Paul’s School, which she knows from conducting admissions briefings, and we very much look forward to introducing her to our community in September.
