New Values Committee Convene

The latest members of the school’s Values Committee met for the first time last week.

The Values Committee was originally formed last year by a passionate group of Lower Eighth pupils. It consists of students who care about tackling all forms of discrimination and who want to take a leading role in assessing and improving the school’s culture, particularly with reference to PSHE and education about pupils’ roles as positively contributing members of society. The outgoing committee has been involved in a joint event with SPGS on Consent and Respect, reviewing the Fifth Form PSHE curriculum and developing a new pupil code of conduct. We can’t wait to see what this new group achieve over the coming year!
