Organ scholar achieves professional diploma

Sina Lari (Year 13, Upper Eighth), organ scholar at St Paul’s, has been awarded his Associateship of the Royal College of Organists.

The ARCO diploma is a highly regarded professional qualification amongst organists. Successful candidates are assessed through a wide variety of tests: performance, aural, sight-reading, transposition, keyboard skills, written harmony and history papers. Sina, who regularly accompanies our chamber choir at organ and piano, will receive his diploma this Sunday at a ceremony in Southwark Cathedral.

Sina has also been awarded an organ scholarship at Pembroke College, Oxford, for next academic year.
