We are delighted to report that there has been recent success in the final of the Oxford University Computing Challenge for pupils.
In the Oxford University Computing Challenge final, Anango Prabhat (Fourth Form) came fourth out of the 21 finalists in the “Elite” section, which is aimed at Year 12 and 13 – a spectacular result.
In the “Senior” section for Years 10 and 11, we had four of the 31 finalists, with Haolin Zhao (Sixth Form) coming second and tying with the winner on full marks, but narrowly losing the tiebreaker; Victor Liu, Archie Macrae (both Sixth Form) and Adavya Goyal (Fourth Form) also all placed in the top half of the final.
