We would like to congratulate two of our pupils have been shortlisted in the 2025 John Locke Global Essay Competition. This prestigious international contest encourages young thinkers to explore subjects beyond the standard curriculum, fostering independent thought, critical analysis, and persuasive writing.
Alex Salem (Upper Eighth) was shortlisted in the Theology category, while Sehwan Lim (Fifth Form) earned a place on the Junior Prize shortlist. The competition attracted a record 63,328 entrants from over 100 countries, making their achievements even more remarkable.
