On Wednesday 2 March a group of Sixth Form parents enjoyed an interesting & instructive tour of the V&A, guided by art historian Hattie Bennett & organised by the PG Sixth Form Social Committee.
The tour covered the founding of the museum, its history as well as examining & discussing a few of the abundant treasures. As always, Hattie amazed us with her staggering knowledge & entertained us with interesting anecdotes. The tour was very popular, with tickets selling out in record time & there were numerous requests for similar tours of other venues ….watch this space.
