On Wednesday 19 April, we took 4 boys to Oxford to represent St Paul’s Juniors in the Finals of the ECF rapid play tournament.
The boys had some problem-solving challenges in the morning and then commenced the chess tournament.
It was a challenging day with only 10 minutes on the clock per player. Our boys did very well to come Runners Up to Kings College by 1 point.
Congratulations to the boys on their efforts on the day and special congratulations to Teddy Onslow who managed to win all his matches on the day.
