On Saturday 19 March, Thomas Wong, Henry Huang and Christopher Tombolis attended the Under 11 EPSCA chess competition to represent Richmond in the county qualifiers.
Richmond finished third, gaining enough points to qualify for the next stage of the tournament.
During the games, Vince Cable, the former MP for Twickenham, received a quick chess lesson from Christopher Tombolis and Teddy Onslow (who is joining
St Paul's Juniors in September)
It was a very enjoyable, fun-packed day with over 200 children attending. Well done to the boys who attended.
