Form Tutor

Form tutoring is at the heart of our system of pastoral care.

Every member of the teaching staff is involved in the tutoring system, either as a form tutor or as an assistant form tutor.

Each Form Tutor looks after about 18 pupils. Form Tutors are supported in their work by their Assistants and by the senior pastoral team, which consists of the Heads of Years and the Pastoral Deputy Head. The Form Tutor is the first point of contact for parents and is always available to answer questions and to discuss any issues that may arise.

Opportunities are provided throughout the year for parents to meet with their child’s Form Tutor, whose aim is to get to know every boy as an individual and to provide him with the support and direction he needs in order to flourish and be happy.

Pastoral Care

Our pupils flourish under the individual attention we offer at St Paul’s Juniors, forming close bonds with their fellow pupils, staff and their Form Tutors who guide them through all aspects of daily life.
