St Paul’s School Research Centre for the Education of Boys

We’re pleased to announce that Dr Charles Irons has been appointed as Director of the St Paul’s Research Centre for the Education of Boys, with Dr Stella Pryce appointed as Deputy Director.

Dr Irons taught for twenty years at Elon University in the United States, where he published widely on race and religion in US history, chaired the Department of History and Geography, and led a number of campus-wide initiatives. Dr Pryce completed her doctoral research in Children’s Literature at the University of Cambridge’s Faculty of Education, where she also taught, published peer-reviewed research, and served as Leader of the Faculty of Education Research Students Association (FERSA).

They both bring with them a wealth of research experience which they are looking forward to utilising in their new roles, working with academic departments across the School.

You can follow the Research Centre on LinkedIn.
