National elite Rackets Singles Championships

During the last week of the Autumn term Matteo Perper won the National elite Rackets Singles Championships 'The Foster Cup', for his most outstanding performances during the National Schools elite Rackets event for the top 16 schoolboys in the country. Matteo made school history as he became the first Pauline to win this prestigious event, not to mention being the first Pauline in our relatively short history of playing Rackets to win any senior event. Huge congratulations to Matteo as he also became the first ‘non-seeded’ schoolboy to win this Championship without losing a single game throughout the entire tournament.
