An article written by Sabeer, Upper Eighth
On Friday 24 February, myself and Charles (Upper Eighth) attended the West London Business Awards at Twickenham Stadium. We represented our companies Ceintury and Nutree respectively in the category ‘Teenpreneur of the Year’, which recognises the best young entrepreneur doing business in West London.
My company, Ceintury, makes carbon negative, vegan belts at an affordable price. Charles’ Nutree created a free app and browser extension allowing consumers to view the sustainability of supermarket products and provide greener alternatives.
I was extremely grateful to have won the category on the night and have the award presented by Rory Bremner. I want to thank my team and Mr Troen for their invaluable support as well as congratulate Charles for winning the runner-up award.
