Universities Evening

The new Director of Careers and Universities, Becky McGreevy, welcomed Lower Eighth parents to the Universities Evening on Wednesday 12 January.

The information evening took place virtually in light of the current covid restrictions. The event format remained unchanged and was divided into two sections. The first part included an introductory presentation that offered an overview of the university application process, details on how pupils will be supported and information about writing effective personal statements. The second part was an optional session for those interested in medicine, veterinary medicine, and dentistry.

All information, including our Higher Education Handbook, will be sent out by the end of the week for any parents that were not able to attend.
