Zeki Dolen (Upper Eighth pupil) has won the King’s College, London (KCL) Königspost essay competition.
Entrants from all over the country were invited to write in German on the subject of how they think Europe will look in 2030. Zeki’s essay was published in the KCL German department magazine and he, along with runners-up Seb Kobler (Lower Eighth pupil) and Joe Viles (Upper Eighth pupil), received their prize at a ceremony on Thursday 8 December on the KCL campus.
Following an achievement of 2nd place in the national competition, five Lower Eighth pupils participated in the International “Safe Cracking” Physics Tournament
On Saturday 22 March, an SPS team contested the national finals of the Royal Society of Chemistry’s Top of the Bench competition at Cardiff University.
