Why St Paul’s for 16+?

St Paul’s is an independent school offering an outstanding, all-round education for gifted boys aged 7 to 18 years.

Scholarship

Scholarship is a way of life at St Paul’s

96% of grades awarded at A Level in 2022 were A* or A

Pupils take a range of different A Levels and have the option to include an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Pupils compete in Olympiads and academic competitions and have the opportunity to contribute to departmental academic publications.

Virtually all our Upper Eighth (Year 13) students continue their education at university.

The Careers and Universities department provides our students with the advice they require to make informed A level choices and also guides them through their university application.

Opportunity

St Paul’s is unique in offering an unparalleled range of co-curricular activities on its own 45-acre site including:

40 societies and clubs, a range of sports, Drama, Art and Music.

At St Paul’s we encourage our pupils to lead purposeful, socially responsible lives with a focus on these core character traits:

• Respect
• Kindness
• Humility
• Integrity
• Resilience

We demonstrate these through our Tutor and House system and the widespread work of our volunteering and partnership teams.
