Commencing Autumn Term 2024
We are looking for someone with energy, wisdom and compassion to lead our two oldest year groups and play a key role on the Senior Leadership Team. You will be an excellent leader, with impressive interpersonal skills, who thoroughly enjoys working with bright, engaging boys. The role is a good stepping-stone to Deputy Headship.
The successful candidate will lead a team of excellent Form Tutors, support the needs of the boys in NC Years 7 and 8, and be the key point of contact for pupils, parents and staff. They will also play a central role in the 11+ entrance and induction processes. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the development of the boys as they embrace their final two years at SPJ whilst preparing for the move to St Paul’s School.
The School’s salary scale is substantially above the national scale.
The closing date for all applications is 9am on Monday 29 April 2024. Interviews will take place on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 May 2024.
