Communications and Marketing Assistant 

(Term Time Only, Maternity Cover – 12 months)

Commencing as soon as possible

The School is looking for a communications and marketing assistant (Maternity cover -12 months, term time only) to join their vibrant Marketing and Development office. The ideal candidate will be a superb communicator, be comfortable with social media and have excellent written skills. Working across both the senior and junior divisions this role will aid in the promotion of all aspects of the School internally and externally.

40 hours a week for a total of 36 weeks a year (term time plus 2 weeks during School holidays)

Head of Community Engagement

Commencing as soon as possible

This newly created role is responsible to the Director of External Relations for developing the strategy for events and other ‘engagement’ activities for the whole of the Pauline community – Old Paulines, parents of current and/or former pupils, and staff – and for implementing it with the help of the Community Engagement Manager. The post-holder will work closely with the Director and Associate Director of the Department to provide direction and oversee on a day to day basis a programme of brilliantly executed opportunities for members of this community to engage in a number of ways whether socially, professionally or philanthropically.

This is a full time post with an excellent salary and benefits package, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Development Manager

Commencing as soon as possible

This exciting new role is responsible for taking fundraising to a new level for the whole of the St Paul’s School community – Old Paulines, parents of current and/or former pupils, and staff. With a particular focus on regular giving and legacy fundraising the Development Manager will work closely with the Director and Associate Director of the department to roll out a new model of giving in an engaging and motivating way
