Arrangements during Hammersmith Bridge closure
Hammersmith Bridge remains closed for the foreseeable future to traffic, but has now reopened to pedestrians and cyclists. The shuttle buses launched during the bridge’s complete closure, therefore will run only for the first week of the Autumn Term 2021 (from Friday 3 September – Friday 10 September) and then cease. Shuttle buses can be restarted again within 48 hours should the bridge close again.
We continue to monitor the service during the closure and parents are updated through regular emails. We also advise that pupils, parents and visitors check TFL routes to the school for changes on a weekly basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if further information is required.
Pupils or visitors may cycle to school and cycle racks are available around the site. We advise that pupils who cycle wear helmets and high visibility garments at all times on their journey to and from school and lock their bikes away securely in a cycle rack.
Driving and Parking
Car parks are available for parents and visitors. Car parking attendants will be on hand at all times if you have any queries. A map is available here.
