Girton College Humanities Writing Prize

Fred Websper (Lower Eighth) has won first place in the prestigious Humanities Writing Competition at Girton College. He wrote an essay entitled ‘How do these Anglo-Saxon wrist clasps shape our understanding of women’s experience in the Anglo-Saxon world?’

Fred has been invited to the prize-giving ceremony in Cambridge.
