The sun was shining for our first block fixtures of the term against Dulwich College, with the U12s travelling to South London and the U13s entertaining at Lonsdale Road. It’s fair to say that Dulwich had just the better of the spoils of the day but all the rugby played was excellent and the boys have much to be pleased about moving forward. The U12s shared the plaudits with their hosts, winning the A, B and C games but losing the D, E and F encounters. It’s worth mentioning the remarkable win our U12A had by a large margin which signals their intent and just how tricky they will be to defeat. The U13s had a rather tougher day at the office against big and well drilled opponents. All sides lost except the U13A who drew a thriller 20-20. This was pleasing in that the boys turned round a 15-point deficit but just managed to allow their opponents back into the game in the final minute to snatch a draw.
