New Fitness Classes Launching at St Paul’s School

St Paul’s School has announced the introduction of community fitness classes in the state-of-the-art Performance Centre, starting in the Summer Term.

Each week, there will be two strength classes on offer in the form of Body Pump and Circuits, and one recovery Yoga session. These will be held:

Body Pump: Tuesdays, 7-8pm
Circuits: Thursdays, 7-8pm
Yoga: Sundays, 10-11am

Body Pump:

This class offers a full-body workout by incorporating resistance training with barbells and adjustable weights, enhancing muscle strength and endurance. Suitable for all levels, Stephanye will coach you through each individual exercise to ensure you’re getting the absolute most from your workout.

Circuits:

This class is accessible to all and offers a dynamic and efficient workout that targets various muscle groups through a series of high-intensity exercises. Participants rotate through different stations, each focusing on exercises that promote cardiovascular health, strength and endurance in a fun and motivating group setting.

Yoga:

Through a blend of breath-centered movement, guided meditation, and relaxation techniques, discover increased flexibility and enhanced mental clarity in this yoga class. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Clare will ensure that you leave each class feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to thrive.
