Joint Conference with the St Paul’s Girls’ School

On the afternoon of Friday 10 December, the Upper Eighth Form will be attending their annual pupil-led Joint Conference with St Paul’s Girls’ School.

This year, the pupil leadership teams from both schools have invited Deborah Sangster, CEO of StopWatch UK, to speak on the theme of equitable policing. The Joint Conference is usually a brilliant event, organised by the pupils, celebrating the positive scholarly collaboration between the two schools.

Formed in 2010 as a coalition of academics, lawyers, civil society organisations, and community stakeholders, StopWatch works to promote fair, effective, and accountable policing in England and Wales, with a primary focus on stop and search.
